First of all try to not ask about SimLock, it can damage Your phone if You will do it wrong plus You loose guaranty if something would happen to it, so no SimLock talking
Second You can talk about Jailbreak, it is not guaranty loose or illegal, so it's OK to talk about it
Third if You have problem try to describe it as You can best, more info = more chances to help You
